This is a free program & in some respects better than Photoshop.Some of its

function are yet not available in Photoshop CS 5.1.
(It's Free, It's small, doesn't occupy much space, doesn't use much of the
computer resources, this program is not a RAM hogger, does not need graphic Cards etc.)
Just try this nifty, small, mind blowing program and you will never try another program ever.
Then why upload a free program ?
Because, some of the TPB members are not aware that such a program exists,

Because, I have made about 345 available Plugins, Portable which I have included in the download.
Install :
1) Install the Program (No ###/ / Crack / Patch needed ).
2) Instead of installing all plugins individually, just Copy-Paste-Replace both
the folders in C
rogram FilesPaint.NET .
Open Paint and you can assess All the plugins under :
1) Effects
2) Adjustments
